As a DFW Newborn Photographer it’s my pleasure to capture your new baby in a special and unique way. There is nothing more precious than the memories of your newborn baby. A newborn photography session is the perfect way to preserve those memories forever. It was a huge honor to work with this family again. Here’s a few tips to plan for the best newborn photography session.
The first thing to consider when planning a newborn photography session is the timing. It is best to schedule the session within the first two weeks of your baby’s life. They will be the most sleepy and pliable during this time. I usually suggest 7-9 days old. It’s the perfect time to capture those adorable curled-up poses that newborns are known for.
When it comes to preparing for the session, there are a few things to keep in mind. Make sure to bring extra diapers, wipes and a pacifier if you baby takes one, but I also have extras if you need them. The room will be warm to keep your baby comfortable, as they will be undressed for most of the session.
During the session, I will use a variety of poses and angles to capture the unique features and expressions of your baby. I may also use props such as blankets, baskets, and hats to add to the overall aesthetic of the images. It is important to communicate with me and let them know of any specific poses or props that you would like to include in the session.
After the session, I will edit and retouch the images to ensure that they are of the highest quality. I will then present you with a selection of the best images for you to choose from.
Overall, a newborn photography session is a wonderful way to capture the beauty and innocence of your new baby. With the right timing, preparation, and DFW Newborn Photographer, you will have beautiful and timeless images that you will treasure for a lifetime.
