It’s finally starting to feel alittle like fall. This year I’m doing mini sessions for all of Oct. and Nov. These sessions are great for just about anything and a great way to get a few holiday pictures for cards or gifts. $150 includes a 45min. session and 10-12 images on CD. They can be booked anytime in Oct. and Nov. and can be at my studio or on-location. And the awesome red pedal car will be available for sessions in Oct. and maybe Nov. too. I’m borrowing it from my sister’s father in law. My boys loved it and it looks great in photos. Email me at melissa@melissadphotos.com for more info and to book.

Meet Lynn and Matt. A super cute couple that came to my studio to document Lynn’s cute baby bump. We took a few outside then headed inside to finish up. They brought a few props, a starfish, her nickname before they new it was a girl and blocks. Matt had alot of fun with the blocks and even held his own little photoshoot while waiting for us to finish up. We took a bunch of great images and had alot of fun. I can’t wait to meet Madeline soon.

Meet Claudia and Eddie. They came to my studio to document Claudia’s beautiful belly. We had alot of fun and took a ton of photos. Here’s a few of my favorites. I can’t wait to meet their little guy soon.

Meet Jennifer and her cute little belly. She came to me to document her glowing pregnancy. We kept the session sweet and simple, to focus on the growing baby girl inside. I know she and her daughter will treasure these pictures forever.

Meet Carolyn, Michael, Sam and the new baby surprise inside that cute little belly. Carolyn booked me for a newborn session then her hubby suggested she get a maternity session too. I’m glad she did and I’m sure she’ll be glad too. Unfortunatly Sam didn’t like the studio light, but did great outside. And atleast if that happens again it’s warm enough to shoot a newborn outside. I think it takes the right kind of person to keep the gender a surprise. I could never do it, but think it’s really cool for the couples who do. I can’t wait to find out, but I know either one will be adorable!

Kirsten, Jeff and Blake came to me to document Blake recently turning one. We started outside, but decided pretty quickly we were done with the heat and bugs. So we finished up inside my very cool studio. Blake did great. He really loved to knock his cowboy hat off, so we got a few great smiles doing it over and over. And we ended the session with a few of just mom and dad, because Blake is soon to be a big brother. I can’t wait to meet their new little guy soon.

Meet Camille and Don. They came to my studio to document Camille’s growing belly. We had a great time and tried a few different and fun things. The love between them and for the little boy inside was amazing to watch. I can’t wait to meet their little guy soon.

It’s spring. Or atleast the little amount of spring we actually get here in Texas. So I’ve decided to offer mini sessions again. But this time they will last alittle longer and have a few more images included. $150 includes a 45min session with 12 images on CD. Great for a variety of sessions, babies, families, toddlers, maternity, ect. Sessions can be in my studio or on-location. Book anytime in May. Email for more info. melissa@melissadphotos.com

Stephanie and her hubby meet me at a historical house in Ft. Worth for her maternity session. The weather was great and we had alot of fun. She brought a few cool props, including a chalkboard. Which I think came out pretty cute. I can’t wait to meet their baby boy soon. I love his name.

Meet Lindsey and Mitch. A gorgeous couple expecting a baby boy soon. We started their maternity session at the Ft. Worth Botanic Gardens and ended in my studio. This is a super large sneak peek. I have a lot of favorites. It was a nice change to do a maternity session outside and the weather was great. It was also packed full of people since the weather was so nice. But we made it work and got some great images. Then we headed to my studio for a few bare belly shots and show off Mitch’s fireman gear. I can’t wait to get their little guy into all his cool gear too.
