The weekend before last I had the awesome privilege of photographing Amanda and Billy’s big day. They had a beautiful wedding at Thistle Hill in Ft. Worth. When I arrived everyone was still getting ready and then it was portrait time. This was the first time I’ve done a first look and I loved everything about it. We were able to get all the photos done before the ceremony and Amanda got to sit and relax alittle before walking down the aisle. And the photos turned out so cute. I hope they loved it as much as I did. They had a beautiful ceremony on the grand staircase then outside to dance the night away. Luckily the weather was just right, not too hot or cold and no rain! Amanda’s grandad made the beautiful cupcake cake, which was very yummy. And they ended the night with a getaway in a horse drawn carriage. The perfect fairy tale ending to live happily ever after.

Here’s the rest from Britany and Colten’s wedding. It’s a long post, so get comfy and enjoy all the beautiful pictures. The wedding and reception took place at the Dallas Athletic Club. It was wonderful weather for the outside ceremony. And beautiful light for the portraits as the sun went down. And then it was party time. Great food, cake and dancing. Check out the grooms cake. Isnt it awesome! The bride’s cake was pretty too. They ended the night with a sparklers send off. Perfect ending to a perfect day. I hope your having lots of fun on your honeymoon. I can’t wait to show you the rest.

Britany and Colten said “I do” this past Sat. It was a fabulous wedding and a wonderful day. I have many, many favorites to share, but I’ll just start with this one. Come back for the rest. You don’t want to miss them.

Here’s my first bridal session since getting back into weddings. Brit along with her mom and mom in law to be, met me at the dallas arboretum for her bridal session. We had to reschedule her session a few times due to rain. So even though it was hot, we were glad to see the sun shining. And we had a blast running around the gardens finding as much shade as possible to shoot under. Thanks both moms for all the help and being my assistants. And thanks Brit for looking awesome and working it even though it was very hot! The pictures turned out fantastic which made it all worth it. Can’t wait to shoot your wedding in Oct.

I decided that since I added digital packages to my portrait packages, I should also add one to my wedding packages. This new digital package will be great for anyone having a small intimate wedding that just wants the CD to do their own printing. Engagement and/or Bridal sessions can be added on as well as a Wedding Album. Check it out……

Here’s a sneak peak at Michelle and Jeremy’s wedding. I booked them a week before their wedding day due to complications with their other photographer. I’m so glad I was available, and I’m sure they were too! I enjoyed documenting their special day.

Here a sneak peak at Tanya and Josh’s wedding.
