The weekend before last I had the awesome privilege of photographing Amanda and Billy’s big day. They had a beautiful wedding at Thistle Hill in Ft. Worth. When I arrived everyone was still getting ready and then it was portrait time. This was the first time I’ve done a first look and I loved everything about it. We were able to get all the photos done before the ceremony and Amanda got to sit and relax alittle before walking down the aisle. And the photos turned out so cute. I hope they loved it as much as I did. They had a beautiful ceremony on the grand staircase then outside to dance the night away. Luckily the weather was just right, not too hot or cold and no rain! Amanda’s grandad made the beautiful cupcake cake, which was very yummy. And they ended the night with a getaway in a horse drawn carriage. The perfect fairy tale ending to live happily ever after.

We made our annual trip to the pumpkin patch this last weekend. We’ve been going to the same one since before Ian was born. And we always go with my sister and her kids. This time the kids did better with pictures, but it was crazy busy. Which made it hard to get some of the shots I wanted without a bunch of people in the background. But we still had lots of fun, picked pumpkins, and ate popcorn. We carved our pumpkin last night. I’ll make sure and take pics of it with the boys in their costumes. I can’t wait for Halloween.

A few weeks ago we decided on a whim to go to a beachy area at Grapevine Lake. My hubby wanted to use his new toy, a metal detector, and the boys had a blast playing in the sand. It was alittle sunny when we got there but quickly got very cloudy and windy. We stayed until it looked like it was gonna pour. They were so busy collecting shells and rocks they wouldn’t look at me, but still made for some cute shots. Stayed tuned for more cute pics of the boys and my niece and nephew. Were headed to the pumpkin patch today.

Meet the ever so handsome Cameron. He did great thru the whole session. Started out asleep, awake during some, then right back out. It was so cute, when he was awake he was trying so hard to focus his eyes were really crossed. We couldn’t help but laugh. He is such a cutie and I can’t wait to see him again soon.

Mr Mason is back for his 6 mo session. We met at the Dallas Arboretum for a fall mini session. It was packed, but we found a few spots with less people. Mason did great, full of smiles and cute expressions. I couldn’t take my red car in, but we found a cool spot by the parking lot. He looked so cute in the car and seemed to love it. I can’t wait to see him again soon.

Meet Gabriella and Josiah. Two of the cutiest babies I’ve seen in a while. They both did great. Josiah was full of smiles and Gabriella slept thru almost the whole session. But she did show us her beautiful eyes at the end. And we achieved the impossible, a sibling shot. Enjoy the large sneak peek, I had alot of favs from their session.

Barbara, Brad and Hana are back and soon to be a family of 4. We did a little mini session in the studio to document Barbara’s beautiful bump. Little miss Hana didn’t want much to do with photos, but peek a boo worked for a few. Hopefully it will work again when her new brother arrives. I can’t wait to meet him.

Sweet Sophia is 1. We celebrated with a photoshoot in her awesome backyard. She did great. I just love her beautiful blue eyes and baby chub. She loved being outside and exploring. It’s hard to believe it’s been a whole year already. I still remember her newborn session like it was yesterday. I hope to see her again soon.
