Carolyn decided to keep the gender a surprise until delievery. And it’s a boy! Yeah. Emerick was great for his session and big sis Sam did great too. She was much better about the studio lights this time and even let me take a few with her. She loved looking at the image on my camera right after I took it. Emerick was great and slept thru most of the session. Used my scale again, love it! And a few new hats. They are such a gorgeous family, I can’t wait to see them again soon.

Meet Cameron. He came to studio at almost 2 weeks old. He had the best lips and loved to pucker them. It was so cute! He did so well and slept thru everything. I got to try out my new scale prop and I love the way it turned out. I’m sharing alot, I just couldn’t choose. So many favs. I can’t wait to see him again soon.

Meet Claudia and Eddie. They came to my studio to document Claudia’s beautiful belly. We had alot of fun and took a ton of photos. Here’s a few of my favorites. I can’t wait to meet their little guy soon.

Meet Avery and Brooke. The sweetest twin girls who gave me lots of sweet smiles. They did great and slept almost the whole time and didn’t fuss or cry at all. I got to try out a few new props, my crowns and ruffle rompers. Which both looked so cute on them. I can’t wait to see them again in a few months.

Meet Brandon, his cute big brother and his gorgeous parents. He did great for his session. Slept almost the whole time and let us move him from prop to prop and mold and pose him perfectly. I got to try out a few new poses and I loved the way they turned out. I could see them huge hanging on the wall. Definitely a piece of art. I have alot of favs to share and I can’t wait to see everyone again soon.

Little Sis in Nature

August 16, 2011

My sister Laura came across an image she wanted to emulate. She had the dress and scouted the location. A very overgrown empty lot in an old neighborhood. We got there right before sunset and worked fast. I love the way they came out and I know she does too. She’s leaving to live in Canada for a few months, so it was a great way to spend some one on one time before she leaves. I’ll miss you little sis, but I know you’ll have a great adventure.

Meet Cooper. So handsome with a head full of light blonde hair. He needed 2 sessions, as the first he was wide awake and not very happy. But the second he was a dream and slept the whole session. I have alot of favorites since we were able to get so many good ones the second shoot. Thanks mom, dad and grandparents for making a second trip. I know the results were worth it for sure! I can’t wait to see Cooper again soon!

Meet Adrian. He came to me at 11 days old. We started with his cute sock monkey and matching hat/diaper cover. Then put him in a few different props and ended with some mommy daddy love. He did great and slept thru it all. Such an easy going baby. I can’t wait to see him again soon.

Sweet Adi is back for her 6 month portraits. We took a few outside then finished up in the studio. Her mom brought alot of great outfits. Little girl clothes are just so cute! She was a trooper and gave us plenty of smiles and her mom and dad a workout getting those smiles. I can’t wait to see her again at 9mo.

Sweet tiny Abigail was so sleepy and all smiles for her newborn session. Her parents were smitten and I was too. We were able to get a ton of really great images in an amazing short amount of time. The fastest newborn session I’ve had in a long time, that produced so many great pictures. I have so many favorites and could share them all, because I love them that much! I can’t wait to see her again soon.
