Meet Evangeline and big sis Abigail. Both did great, although Evangeline didn’t want to sleep until she was really full. They are both beautiful girls, but Evangeline is the most beautiful newborn I’ve seen in a while. She has the best hair, skin and lips. Once she was finally asleep, she posed great. Hopefully I’ll get to see them both again soon.
Meet sweet Blake. She was great at her newborn session. She slept thru most of it, and after she got into a deeper sleep, most of the furrowed brow face went away. She posed great and I loved the personal props they brought, although she did pee on them both. Hopefully they washed out fine. I can’t wait to see Blake again when she’s sitting up.
Meet Anna and big sis Abbie. I have been photographing Abbie since she was born and now I get to photograph her little sister too. I love it when families keep coming to see me when they expand their family. Anna and Abbie both did great. Anna started out awake, but quickly feel asleep and posed great. We did a few of the same poses we did with Abbie, so it will be cool to see those side by side to compare. I can’t wait to see both girls again soon.
Well, almost one. So I headed out to Holly’s beautiful home for a lifestyle session. She wanted the photos to match the ones of her twins when they were one. Brody was in a great mood and had just started walking a few days before. So he was on the go. It was a great session and I’m looking forward to the next.
Meet Ellie and big brother Evan. They both did so good for her newborn session. Evan was so good with Ellie and did just what we wanted him to. And Ellie slept almost the whole time. Mom’s a teacher and I had just finished crocheting an apple hat and had leftover apples from my school shoot. So of coarse I had to use them. It turned out so cute! We had alot of fun and I hope to see Ellie and Evan again soon.
Since my oldest is starting kindergarten I decided to do a back to school photoshoot with him and his cousin Devon. I got everything set up, did her pictures and he wouldn’t do it. I was sad and alittle mad. But we left everything set up and decided to try again in the morning. Luckily after a talk with Dad, he decided to do it. And he did awesome and I got some great pics. I think I’ll do this every year from now on. We just dropped him off and he was so excited to start school. I hope he’s always this excited to go back to school.
Meet Claire and her big brother William. Claire did great. Even though she is alittle older than most newborns, she fell asleep and let us pose her and move her into different props. William wasn’t interested in the session at first, but luckily warmed up and posed with his baby sister. We had fun and I can’t wait to see everyone again soon.
Meet Jillian. She came to my studio at 7 days old and did great. She started out awake, but after a few feedings she finally drifted off to sleep. She posed great and was fine with all the props except her daddy’s hat. That was the only shot I got and we tried 3 different times and the last time she peed in it. Luckily it’s lined with plastic. I hope I get to see her again soon.
