Meet my little sister Laura and her adorable boyfriend Parker. She needed some senior type pictures, and I wanted to get some “different” looking engagement type pictures. Even tho they aren’t engaged, they are in love, so that works too. I hope she’s not too embarrassed im posting them here. :)

Meet Ana. At almost 2 weeks old, she did not want to be messed with. She was awake when we started, then luckily fell asleep. But everytime I tried to change her position, she would wake up and cry. Thanks to her paci we were able to get her back to sleep each time. Even tho she was alittle bit of a diva, we still got really great shots.

Meet Jennifer and her cute belly. She brought along the cutest cowboy boots to incorporate and I really love how it turned out. I love when clients bring personal items, it makes the images much more special. We also tried out a few new poses and backgrounds. We had lots of fun. I can’t wait to meet your little buckaroo.

Meet Masheka and her beautiful baby bump. They came to my studio to document her glowing pregnancy. Her one requested photo is becoming my signature maternity pose, the silloutte. I really love how it highlights the shape of her belly. We had alot of fun and I can’t wait to meet their little guy soon.

Just a few of my youngest in the tub. He loves bath time, as you can see. I almost always get soaked as he loves to splash. BTW tubbers is what we call bath time in our house. My 3yr old loves to make up words.

Miss “A” is back. She’s almost one, so we celebrated with a photoshoot. She wasn’t too sure of the this strange lady with the big black thing and flashing light. She would much rather remain in the safety of her momma’s arms. But we were able to get her to pose for a few good shots. Hopefully when I see her again she’ll enjoy the experience alittle more.

Snow {Ft. Worth Photographer}

February 12, 2010

Snow……and lots of it. I still can’t believe there’s this much snow in TX, much less Ft. Worth. My kids were’nt very good subjects. My older son wouldn’t stop playing to look up at me at all and my youngest hated it. As soon as we set him down in it, even standing up, he cried. So I decided to just take pics of the snow itself. I tried out a new macro technique. I haven’t mastered it yet, but think they still look pretty cool.

Abbie is back for her 4 month session and boy has she grown. I just love chubby babies. She did great and we got some really cute shots. She was pretty serious for most of our session, but we were able to get a few smiles out of her. I can’t wait to see how much more she will grow by our next session.
